1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

Products may be eligible for return or exchange if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.
  • The product is not damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless damaged or defective).
  • Items showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery.
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Gift cards or promotional items, if applicable.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Product photographs
  • Clear images showing the issue

After verification, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.

4. Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

  2. Provide your order details and reason for return or exchange.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
  4. Once approved, the product must be returned in its original condition.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Exchange Policy

Eligible products may be exchanged for:

  • A different size
  • A replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability)

If the requested replacement is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be offered at our discretion.

6. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
  • Shipping charges, cash-on-delivery charges, and other service fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Return Shipping

In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, return shipping costs may be covered by BreezyBelle.

For other eligible returns or exchanges, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted and the standard return process will apply.
